Head of Product Management Beverages (m/f/d)

The development and implementation of strategic portfolio and product strategies for our soft drinks are your core task (positioning, price segments, priorities, roadmap). You drive innovations and product developments ahead – from the first idea to the successful market launch, including clear stage gate decisions. You bear holistic responsibility for the product lifecycle management of existing products using KPI reviews – including performance analysis, relaunch decisions, assortment cleaning and targeted complexity reduction in close cooperation with brand management, sales and supply chain Team Leadership & Governance: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the six-member team at Ebersburg and Bad Liebenwerda. You opt for product management processes as well as control logics and report directly to the CMO. You perform cross-functional and take the mandatory control of central stakeholders with a focus on decision-making, prioritization and smooth implementation. The degree of maturity of our product management varies depending on the location. Attractive fare: 5.678 € gross/month (TG 7c on 40 hrs), plus holiday, Christmas money and variable bonus. Planable working hours: At the latest at 9 a.m. your working day begins, otherwise the planning of your working time is your responsibility. 2 days of mobile work at a 4-day or 5-day week are happy to be used with us.
