Team Leader Purchasing Turnkey Building Construction / Timber Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the professional and organisational management and further development of the purchasing team Control of the entire procurement process – from tendering to tender assessment to price and contract negotiations Acquisition of subcontractors and timber products taking account of commercial and technical conditions Ensuring a timely and demand-oriented procurement of after-contracting services and wood products Building and developing sustainable supplier and partner networks Close cooperation with costing, sales, production, assembly, warehouse and project processing as well as maintenance of the goods management system

Completed technical or craft training Field of construction, ideally with commercial training Safe handling of offers, tenders and price comparisons as well as a good understanding of figures and the ability to think analytic and networked. Self-employed, structured and careful working Good IT skills (Warning System, Microsoft Office) Communication strength and negotiation skills in dealing with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, preferably in wood or construction, in the procurement of after-contracting services and very good German knowledge in word and writing
