Head of Operations - Facility Management / Personnel Management / Quality Processes (m/w/d)

You run and control the team management responsible for the respective business units You guide the team lines and support them in matters of personnel management, including the support of personnel and feedback talks You opt for internal quality processes together with the team management You ensure that services are provided economically, on time and smoothly to ensure high customer satisfaction You check and pay attention to compliance with statutory requirements as well as the regulations on occupational safety You make sure that customer requests are met smoothly You act as a link between the operating areas and the Operations & HR department management

You have a completed commercial training, a comparable training in the relevant field or a completed business studies with a focus on facility management or similar You have professional experience in the field of technical and/or infrastructural building management and also brings leadership experience in a similar senior function with You have a pronounced service and customer orientation, your work is structured and results-oriented You bring commercial knowledge and cost awareness You are a forward-looking organizational talent, work independently and are communicative For you, the solution is always in the foreground and not the problem You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You are in possession of a valid driving licence
