You enter and configure LAN, WAN, firewall systems and WLAN environments of the DATAGROUP as well as remotely with our customers. Ensuring continuous and highly available operation, especially in the Juniper environment, is one of your tasks. Troubleshooting and eliminating incidents in the Juniper network environments are your responsibility. You run the error analysis and cause research in the network environment. You are a contact person in 2nd and 3rd level support for network issues with focus on Juniper. Creating and maintaining the documentation of the infrastructure and IT system environment are also part of your tasks.

You already have several years of professional experience in the professional support of networks as well as experience in the areas of TCP/IP L2+L3 and VPN. You have very good knowledge of Juniper (routers, switches and VPN gateways) and Fortinet Firewalls. You know yourself with network management tools (e.g. Nagios, Zabbix, Cisco Prime and Network Nodemanager). Reliable IT certifications, for example JCNP or Fortinet, are desirable, but can also be acquired by you in the course of your activity. You are motivated to learn new things and to work on new topics. You master German in word and writing and have good English skills.
