This means that you will gain on-the-job experience with us, which you can later expand upon academically during your studies. As part of our System Integration & Testing Team, you will: Develop optical measurement technologies for calibration and performance characterization of innovative long-wave infrared (LWIR) sensors Design calibration methods for LWIR sensors under various stimuli and environmental conditions in a state-of-the-art lab environment Support the specification of series test technologies and transfer laboratory measurement solutions into high-volume manufacturing for real-world applications Characterize optical and optoelectronic components for infrared applications

Personality: You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace ambiguity, and approach challenges with an exploratory and solution-oriented attitude Working Style: You enjoy working in agile teams and take initiative in fast-paced consumer electronics setting Experience: Hands-on experience in optical metrology and operation of related equipment (e.g., lasers); first programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, or C++ including data analysis Languages: Fluent in English English is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Physics, Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Photonics Engineering, or a related field
