Become part of our team in Düsseldorf and as a (Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d) for performance-based recruiting solutions' will play an important role in our new business unit. You work in the ''Performance Advertising / Stepstone 360 Hire'' section and you will consult and develop customers for the ''Stepstone 360 Hire'' product through your strategic consulting approach. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future – so that it works for everyone.

You will advise our existing customers for Stepstone 360 Hire and be inspired by your strategic approach. You are advising your customers in the management of programmatic recruiting campaigns and always have a close look at the customer's strategic development. The analysis of recruiting key figures as well as the independent derivation and implementation of necessary measures to ensure the sales and business objectives are encouraging you. You are networking with relevant stakeholders within the Stepstone organization and representing the strategic approach of the Business Line Stepstone 360 Hire Germany. As a Trusted Advisor, you will create individual offers with the goal of a best customer experience
