As a Modern Work Engineer, you manage the device environment (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) with Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop. In doing so, you analyze possible errors and resolve them, always taking into account security, compliance and business requirements. The development and engineering of the EndPoint security strategy is in your hands. You will start scripts based on Powershell and/or Bash and take over the software distribution and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac. Finally, as part of your task portfolio, you create documentation and guidance and keep it up to date.

You have completed your studies in computer science, economic and engineering, or you have comparable knowledge. Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft 365 (such as Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint or Team Administrator). With the management of Windows, iOS, Android and Mac, you are perfectly familiar and you bring sound knowledge to Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for EndPoints. ITIL know-how as well as other M365 and Entra products are desirable but NO MUSS. You can see which steps are necessary for your achievement of your goals, and you can take them in your own initiative. In doing so, you are aware of your high responsibility and are highly independent.
