Management of the Kamen motorway maintenance department (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the operation, supervision and functioning of the motorway network assigned to the master of the motorway Control, planning and control of all structural and operational measures (including maintenance, cleaning, winter service and emergency measures) Guided tours and control of motorway mastery including budget planning and reporting Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as taking over entrepreneurial obligations and building monitoring Ensuring the release of event messages Inspection of the monitoring obligation of the road construction authority, including the control of the undertakings responsible for carrying out monitoring tasks (including coordination and transport arrangements of the workstations of shorter duration, participation in the acceptance of transport operations for workstations of longer duration within the meaning of the RSA) Monitoring of external services and contracts (e.g. PPP models) in operation

(m/w/d) or proof of comparable qualifications, expertise and practical experience Proven leadership competencies in leading or comparable positions Knowledge in the field of road management Knowledge of relevant legal standards (such as FStrG, VOB, VOL, BHO, Directive on the collection of fixed assets on federal roads, accident prevention regulations) Knowledge in the field of transport Information and communication Existing driving licence of classes B, BE and the willingness to carry service vehicles
