Team Leader SAP Sales (m/f/d)

Professional leadership: Professional leadership of the SAP SD team and targeted further development of employees

Team development: creation of orientation and commitment, promotion of self-responsible work, and active support of changes and acquisition of the team for new solutions and working methods

Work structures and cooperation: joint design of appropriate working structures, priorities and forms of cooperation

day-to-day business and project coordination: organisation of day-to-day business, coordination of projects and take over the management of demanding projects as needed

Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with the departments, business IT and other stakeholders:

Digital business processes: support in the implementation and further development of digital business processes in the SAP systems

General technical architecture: monitoring of technical architecture as well as the dependencies between processes, applications and systems

Qualification: Complete study of computer science, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification

Management and Responsibility: (First) Experience in the leadership of teams or projects as well as pleasure in taking responsibility – also at the beginning of the leadership career

Work Structures and Orientation: Ability to develop work structures together with a team while giving clear orientation

Process and architectural understanding: experience in the implementation and further development of processes in systems as well as pronounced process thinking and very good technical understanding of architecture

Communication and cooperation: Secure and binding communication in German and English as well as structured, solution-oriented cooperation with different stakeholders:inside

Personal competencies: Enthusiasm, joy in the management and development of people, safe occurrence, and the ability to gain others for changes and combine strategic thinking with active involvement in day-to-day business

SAP and project experience (required): knowledge in SAP (ideally in module SD), in order-to-cash process, SAP-Customizing, project coordination, project management are a plus
