Development and implementation of training: Conception, organisation and evaluation of training for the prevention of sexualized violence. Accompanying and carrying out training for employees, volunteers and executives in the church district. Practical design of training concepts based on the applicable protection concepts. Monitoring and documentation: Monitoring the implementation of the protection concepts in the church circle. Documentation and preparation of lists of trained persons. Tracing and updating the protection concepts. Compilation of statistics and reports for the superintendent. Advice and support: Consultation and support of municipalities and institutions in the development and implementation of protection concepts. Contact person:for questions and concerns about prevention and intervention. awareness of signs of sexualized violence and identification of anti-violence structures. Support in implementing preventive measures in the working day of employees. Development of measures to prevent repetitions and support those affected. Complete training or studies in the educational, social, legal or psychological field. Knowledge of prevention and intervention in sexual violence. Experience in training and training.
