Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company High method and action competence in the application and implementation of manufacturing methods Including experience in the field of plug-in industry or electroplating Experience in the successful implementation of projects in terms of time and cost budget Lean knowledge (5S, TPM, SMED, Poka Yoke, TEOA, FMEA, etc.) Impressed awareness of quality, cost management, delivery schedule, productivity and processes Software knowledge (MS Office, ERP systems) Team skills
