Application Supervisor - Payroll / Financial Accounting / Construction Software (m/f/d)

You advise and support our customers: in all matters concerning our construction software for wage and financial accounting. You analyze and document technical enquiries and develop solutions that match the team. You act as an important interface for software development by preparing customer feedback and contributing to product improvement. You plan and conduct training for our users: online, in our house or directly with the customer on site.

You have a commercial training, preferably in wage and financial accounting, as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or in office management and have a professional experience from two years You have the pleasure of personal contact with customers: You own IT affinity and experience in dealing with office programs such as Word and Excel You work in a solution-oriented manner, both independently and in the team You ideally have knowledge of construction and have a driving licence and a car You have very good German skills
