(Lead) Expert Application Engineering – Connectors (m/f/d)

The (Lead) Expert Application Engineering – Connectors (m/w/d) for product launch is responsible for the development and seamless integration of new products into the European and American markets. This position requires a profound understanding of the product portfolio and performance as well as the ability to effectively implement customer requirements and needs. Main tasks Development and introduction of new products in the European and American market Contact for OEMs and Tier 1 customers Ensuring compliance between customer requirements and market standards Support in the presentation of new products and solutions and in response to technical requests Active product promotion and development of new market opportunities by focusing on unique features such as price, sustainability and materials Compliance with the product qualification process, including cost and resource management, as well as ensuring compliance with EU/NA standards and specifications Ensuring effective information exchange between EU/US customers and LEONI/LUXSHARE through the translation and coordination of customer requirements and business needs Close cooperation with VAVE and other internal departments Support in the implementation of comprehensive market and customer analyses to identify trends and opportunities and to conduct benchmarking and overall cost analyses (TCO)
