As Head of Kitchen (m/w/d), you play a central role in the organization and implementation of our gastronomic concept. You lead your team with commitment, ensure a smooth production process and, with your experience, contribute to ensuring the quality of our food and the satisfaction of our guests.

Operational and administrative management of kitchens Costing and responsible handling of food Personal responsibility and leadership of your team Compliance, documentation of hygiene regulations and internal guidelines Ensuring regular quality controls of prepared dishes Active support of your team, even on weekends

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in Community use desirable, but not necessarily necessary A wide range of expertise on food, hygiene and business knowledge Organisational and communication skills Self-employed and service-oriented work Responsibility and enforcement German in Word and Writing
