in the field of career orientation and vocational preparation with 32 hours/week

You support and support young people with disabilities in all personal and life-practical areas within the framework of professional orientation. You are part of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and actively participate in the rehabilitation planning of the participants. You carry out social-pedagogical group offers aimed at promoting key competencies such as communication skills, teamwork and conflict resolution. You analyse and evaluate the personal conditions and the social conditions of the participants with regard to the objective of the measure.

You have a university degree in social education (including state recognition) or a comparable field of expertise. You have at least two years of professional experience in the professional and social integration of young people with disabilities. You bring your social pedagogical expertise and have good knowledge in social law. You like to work in the team and convince by a competent and value-adding appearance
