You take a key role in our integration team: you develop new ideas for the integration process, encourage transparent processes and bring your expertise in a targeted way. In doing so, you support colleagues, actively shape the processes and are an important stimulus for our teams.

Integration: You control the entire integration process from transfer from the M&A phase to successful completion

Coordination: You coordinate all the departments involved in us are responsible for ensuring cooperation.

Kick-off meetings: You organize and run meetings to enable a successful project start.

Project planning and management: You are planning and responsible for detailed project plans in our Asana project management tool, defining tasks, milestones and responsibilities, and monitoring their compliance.

Central interface function: You are the hub of communication between business partners and internal teams at blue. Make sure everyone is on the same level.

Risk management: You proactively identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process, evaluate them and initiate appropriate countermeasures.

Team coordination and stakeholder management: You promote cross-departmental cooperation, coordinate the various work packages and report regularly on the progress of the project to stakeholders.

Experience in the insurance market: You have a well-founded knowledge of the insurance industry and understand the processes and special features of broker companies.

Project management expertise: You have already successfully managed projects and are versed in dealing with project management tools, preferably Asana.

Communication strength and diplomatic skill: You communicate clearly, empathically and convincingly at different hierarchical levels and can communicate between the interests of different parties.

Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation: You can look at complex processes, manage dependencies and always work on a high level of work.

Teamplayer mentality: You value the team's collaboration and understand how to motivate different disciplines for a common goal.

Travel readiness: You occasionally visit our business partners on site. (within Germany)
