Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification Knowledge and practical experience in the preparation and implementation of maintenance measures Knowledge of technical regulations, HOAI, VOB, Baurecht (BayBO, BauGB) and the relevant DIN standards Good IT skills (SAP, MS-Office) Organisational, team and decision-making Customer orientation
