In the Schön Klinik Eckernförde near Kiel, around 250 employees provide stationary, day-clinical and outpatient patients. Since the middle of 2023, the clinic belongs to the nationwide Schön Klinik Group and specializes in geriatrics, internal medicine, pain medicine, diabetics (types 1 and 2) and gastroenterology. The outpatient offer includes surgical interventions, diagnostics and specialist speaking lessons in orthopaedics, endoprosthetics and neurosurgery. The spectrum is supplemented by an internalist emergency outpatient clinic, two day clinics (geriatrie, psychiatry and psychotherapy) and several doctoral practices Responsive care: You ensure the gastroenterological care of patients. Funded endoscopic diagnostics: You take over gastroscopy (incl. PEG-plants), colonoscopy (incl. polyspectomiene) and endosonographic diagnostics with stage classification and sample extraction (FNA). Funded sonographic diagnosis: You control popular sonographic imaging including Intestinal sonography and contrast medium-reinforced sonography and perform these independently. Outpatient development focus: In addition to stationary care, a focus is on the strategic expansion of outpatient care in the catchment area. Designed training guide: You are engaged in the professional and personal care of doctors in continuing training. Reliable participation: You participate in the internalist readiness service

You have a completed specialist training for internal medicine with the focus on gastroenterology or the specialist for internal medicine and gastroenterology. Ideally, you have the additional name diabetics. You control endoscopic diagnostics in the form of gastroscopy incl. PEG systems as well as coloscopy incl. Resection of polyps and adenomas. In endosonographic diagnostics, you can use common carcinomas in the upper gastrointestinal tract to classify stadiums and obtain endosonographic samples (FNA). More complex endoscopic interventions (e.g. ERCPs, endoscopic full-wall resections) are not carried out at the Eckernförde site. Personal commitment, empathy and team skills are key components of your medical attitude.
