Analysis of telephony, process and processing volumes. Definition, development and analysis of operational indicators (KPIs). Creation of deviation analyses and operational forecasts. Complete study of the business economy, economics or a comparable subject area. Alternatively, a commercial training with relevant professional experience in operational controlling, performance management or data-based control. Embossed numerical affinity as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking. Structured, independent and pragmatic mode of operation. The ability to make complex data understandable and to derive concrete recommendations for action. Secure handling of Microsoft Excel (especially Power Query and Pivot) as well as BI tools (ideally Power BI). Knowledge in SQL, VBA, SAP or workforce management systems is desirable.
