With our central IT services, we are responsible for the tasks Middle server level, application operation of the core system, Microsoft infrastructure, development environment and tools as well as container technology. IT4IT provides a transparent overview of all IT developments and operating tools and the services provided with them. This ensures the connection between the strategy and the specific IT service portfolio for IT employees. As a central unit, the specialist domain “IT4IT” enables high-quality, planable and cost-effective IT services to support the professional work of the IT employees of the DRV Bund.

Participation in the creation of standards and guidelines for the DRV Bund-IT Takeover of technical and partly technical product responsibility for software products from the development sector Create IT expert analyses, development and implementation of concepts or IT systems as well as coordination, planning and implementation of IT processes Monitor and control IT procedures, problem analysis and troubleshooting Planning, designing and documenting IT operations and processing customer requirements Developing, implementing and controlling IT security and IT quality assurance measures Preparing and implementing instruction measures and cooperation in project or working groups and bodies (including intermediaries)

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable practical experience in the IT sector with many years of professional experience Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT, in the environment of Windows Client Systems, ServiceDesk or Product Owner Knowledge and broad range of experience with development tools and their provision Professional experience in public service is an advantage You like to solve problems and also bring proactive improvements Teamability and a secure appearance towards other specialist teams Organisational strength, resilience, high levels of enforcement and strong self-motivation complete your profile
