Processing of service and maintenance projects on building facilities at our company and industrial customers in your region (e.g. Berlin, Greifswald or Dresden). Technical and commercial control of repair and repair measures in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) / building and supply technology. Professional leadership and support of our service technicians in the operating daily business. Coordination and control of external service providers as well as ensuring quality, appointments and costs.
