Do you want to take responsibility for a smooth technical operation and perform varied tasks? In this position you can expect a variety of activities related to maintenance, coordination and documentation. Technical maintenance: You take care of maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs and renewals and thus ensure safe technical operation.

Technical checks: You process technical reports, carry out state checks and carry out regular technical tours.

External subcontractor coordination: You are instructing entrepreneurs, accompanying their work and taking on professional acceptance.

Technical project management: You work in technical projects and support the energy management team in implementing energy-efficient measures.

Structured data management: You collect technical information, process relevant data and document all services legally.

Reliable readiness: You participate in the readiness to call and ensure a quick response in case of disturbances.

You have a completed training in the SHK area (e.g. plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer or gas and water installer) and brings several years of professional experience. You have solid knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and apply them safely in the working day. You recognize technical challenges quickly and solve them efficiently thanks to your good understanding. You work routinely with computer systems, especially MS Office and ideally also CAFM applications. You are convinced by willingness to use, teamwork and a distinctly service-oriented appearance. You're ready to train yourself professionally, and you have a class B licence.
