The city of Celle is currently a 13 day nursery institution that provides facilities distributed throughout the city. Here, children in all ages - from crib to schooling - are supervised in different group structures and with different educational concepts, including several integration groups. Your main tasks are:

• Education, education and guidance of children in different situations of life
• Support for a holistic development of children based on their needs and interests
• Design of relationships, educational processes and projects
• Support and advice of families in individual situations
• Observation and documentation of educational and development processes
• active participation in the educational development of the institution
• Reflection of your own pedagogical action in the team context

This is what we need:

The formal prerequisite for a successful application as a pedagogical specialist (d/m/w) is a completed training or a completed study for

• state-approved educators (d/m/w) or
• state-approved social education (d/m/w) or
• childhood education (d/m/w) or
• Medical education (d/m/w)
• Healthcare (d/m/w)
• Social pedagogues (d/m/w) without state recognition, which were employed as educational force on 31.07.2021.

Persons who have completed an educational university degree with studies of 80 credit points aimed at working with children in day-to-day facilities for children can also apply as an educational specialist (d/m/w) and who have at least one year relevant professional experience.

Persons likely to meet the requirements in the summer of 2026 can also apply.

In addition, knowledge of German language at language level B 2 (GER) is required.

• permanent part-time and full-time jobs in a modern city administration of 24 to 39 hours per week
• pay according to the pay group S 8a TVöD, which varies between 3.509 Euro and 4.669 Euro per month depending on the individual experience at the start of employment
