Management, implementation and project responsibility for organisational and personnel development projects Development of concepts of employee and executive development, as well as the cultural design and establishment of formats to promote cross-departmental exchange Conception and creation of corporate communications and e-learnings, internal communication, learning and explanation videos for different internal target groups Reassessment of seminar management & control of all service providers

Completed studies of (economic)psychology, social sciences or economics with a focus on HR or comparable qualification and multiannual professional experience Very good English skills in word and writing Practical experience in agile project management, as well as excellent Office365 and media competence Self-working and pronounced conceptual strength with simultaneous pragmatism and view for the feasible Safe appearance and excellent communication skills
