You are the first person to be responsible for the personal care of a defined group of employees with the following tasks: You are responsible for the location with your team of 2 employees and manage the implementation of the HR strategy You act as a savings partner/contact person (w/m/d) for executives and employees in employment, social and personal topics You coordinate the administrative processes for operational and strategic personnel management (e.g. payroll, contracting, talent management, house tariff/operating agreements, travel management etc. You act as a network-oriented, communicative personality, which simultaneously monitors processes, derives measures and thus proactively controls them. You perform confidently in the application of the domestic tariff and the operating arrangements and achieve constructive solutions in cooperation with the works council Control, seizure and continuous optimization of all HR processes Further development and implementation of a modern personal strategy Personally responsible implementation of HR projects Processing of information for interfaces and contact persons (w/m/d) Furthermore, you are engaged in public relations at events at universities, authorities or at trade unions With their role as HR manager, you are involved in the Human Resources Management department The department management as well as the specialist and pay calculator are centrally located in Stadtroda for the psychiatry cluster.

Complete study with focus on human resources management desirable Insufficient professional experience in operational personnel work, ideally in the health care/hospital environment Knowledge of working, business and collective bargaining Sovereign handling of MS Office programs, especially MS-Excel and Word Impressed communication skills and service orientation Self-employed and structured work
