In order to further develop our qualitative cooperation with our 1,200 partner retailers, we are looking for you as a team leader for our 3-person Retail Area Management team. You guide the Retail Area Management team and successfully implement the goals in the retail sector in the joint Sparring When planning the goals, you are in close contact with our managing director so that you can develop measures to ensure the goals You take care to advance the quality in cooperation with our specialist dealers To do this, you develop quality assurance measures as well as projects that you accompany and keep in mind

Your practical experience in the B2B area is enormously important and profitable for us You could already lead a team in the past and can accordingly demonstrate leadership skills We build on your vision, which helps us to make good strategic decisions, and your analytical skills and your dealing with numbers are excellent You can do well with customers, so our dealers, because you are an ace in terms of communication & customer support You love to travel and drive around because you understand that personal contact with the traders brings great added value to us and for you Since most of our retailers are in the Tyrol area, it is advantageous if your home is located in the west of Austria.
