To strengthen our team, we are looking for talents as well as experienced specialists who work on a future-oriented and independent basis. For our location in Unterschleißheim we are looking for one IT Specialist DORA-Compliance & Documentation (m/w/d)

The position provides a central, professionally versed support for IT departments in implementing supervisory requirements (in particular DORA). It ensures uniform, efficient and high-quality processing of processes and artefacts (documents, third-party references, outsourcings, risk analyses) and acts as a coordination and communication interface in the house.

Your tasks in detail: Consulting and operational support of IT teams for DORA relevant requirements, standards and internal requirements Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of DORA artifacts such as documentation (e.g. operating/process documentation, proofs, control descriptions) and risk analyses and action plans (including tracking of Findings) Support in the demonstration of internal control functions (e.g. revision, compliance, ISB) and external auditors Support/coordination in the creation and completeness of orders and associated documentation packages, third-party references and outsourcing management deliveries Ensure that information is consistent, verifiable and provided along defined specifications Support/acquisition of internal communication on DORA processes and moderation of working dates/workshops for the clarification of responsibilities, procedures and evidence Maintaining central overviews (e.g. status lists, action tracking, artifact registers) for transparency and control Control of external service providers Harmonization of processing across departments (best practices, uniform quality standards) Support in the development, maintenance and rollout of templates, checklists and standards

You bring a successfully completed study of the business economy with a focus on finance, a comparable degree course or alternatively a successfully completed training to the bank businessman. In the course of your professional life, you have developed a strong relationship with IT and have ideally already gained experience with a bank or financial service provider or in a similarly regulated environment. You have experience in IT-related governance/regulatory topics and have already gained practical experience in some of the following topics: DORA implementation, audit reading, detection management, third-party risk, outsourcing management, provider control, risk analysis, process/document standards or quality management. You are characterised by a safe handling of common tools for control and documentation, such as Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Office/Teams, and bring an understanding of typical IT service and operating models, such as change/incident/problem, Asset/CMDB, service catalog. In addition to an independent and reliable way of working, you are distinguished in particular by a pronounced communication and moderation capability, diplomatic appearance and negotiation skills. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
