As a dedicated technology manager software - start platforms for steering missiles (m/w/d) in the Guided Missile Launcher product range, you are responsible for the successful development of the software for systems to extend the mission and functionality of military platforms such as the SPz Lynx or the Puma. The focus of the product range is on mission systems for steering missiles (e.g. MELLS & ATGM) and their integration into different platforms. With your focus on innovative vehicle systems of the latest generation, you can make a direct contribution to the further development of modern operational capabilities. In your position, you take over the professional management of the software development teams (up to 30 developers (m/w/d)) in an agile environment. Plan and control the implementation of various products with innovative and modern technologies. You will take over the following tasks: Responsible implementation of software management, definition, planning and control of work packages as well as time, release, cost and quality planning Implementation of requirements analysis, creation of concepts and creation, maintenance and approval of technical documentation and specifications Representation of the project with internal and external stakeholders and negotiation of technical content with customers, partners and suppliers Implementation of integration into the overall system as well as error detection, evaluation and provision of evidence Support for offerings, technical presentations and customer introductions or - workshops

Successfully completed technical studies Multiannual professional experience in a technical department Experience in the technical management of agile projects Experiences in automation and control technology #LI-SS1
