Dispatcher Fleet - Logistics / Route Planning (m/f/d)

You independently dispose and plan the tours of our customers and coordinate the efficient use of partners and entrepreneurs. You actively monitor the timely execution of all transport orders and ensure a smooth operation as the first respondent. As a central interface, you communicate daily with our customers, the driving personnel and external logistics partners. You optimise existing route plans from an economic point of view and quickly develop pragmatic solutions for short-term plan changes. You take over the administrative order processing and carefully maintain all relevant master data with MS Office and our MRP software.

You ideally have a commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a similar qualification. You bring first professional experience in disposition or transport logistics. Thanks to your structured and solution-oriented operation, you always keep an overview in dynamic situations. You are strong in communication and enjoy the daily tuning with customers: the driving staff and the entire team. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already gained experience with a common transport management system. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
