Your tasks:

• Processing of fault messages and service orders
• Observation and promotion of equipment and plant safety
• Increase in cost security for the area and maintenance of buildings, equipment and installations to be supervised
• Control and support of necessary specialist companies
• Support in all areas of technical facility management and energy management
• Assistance in the implementation of maintenance planning and repair

• skilled workers in a craftsmanship area (training direction electric is desirable)
• Maintenance experience
• Computer skills, MS-Office knowledge
• Driving license class B / BE
• Reliability, teamability, flexibility, self-employed and careful working
