Your tasks as a machining mechanic Manufacture of complex and very precise turning parts/milling parts of aluminium, stainless steel Self-assembly and finishing on CNC turning milling centres Pre-setting, refurbishment and processing of production orders by work plan and drawing Tool monitoring and program corrections Self-fulfilment of the test tasks (worker self-check) Safe handling of CNC lathes incl. maintenance according to maintenance plan and operating instructions Multi-machine operation Auxiliary work such as deburring, drilling, rubbing, thread cutting, etc. Working with improvement projects Your tasks as team leader Discipline and professional leadership of a specialist group of 6-8 persons Responsibility for occupational safety in the allocated area Classification of the layer plan Responsibility for the processing of production orders in the allocated area

Completed vocational training as machining mechanic or CNC lathe Continuing training for the foreman/team manager alternative technician or master Leadership experience of advantage Multiannual professional experience in CNC turning - also with driven tools, or CNC turning, milling centers Experience with long lathes desirable Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment Knowledge of the CNC controllers Siemens 840C and 840D as well as Fanuc Willingness to work in two-shift operation Self-employed and customer-oriented working methods, high level of team capacity Good knowledge of German in word and writing
