Head of Social Care Nursing Home (m/f/d)

As Head of Social Care (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the care team. You develop existing offers, create new impulses and, together with your team, ensure high-quality support for our residents. Framework conditions: Place of use: Hannover, Hahne Residenz „Heidehaus“. Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:30. Weekend services: up to 12 weekends a year, for example for accompaniment and examination of weekend services or events in the residence. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4,663,20 and € 4,851,12, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Team leadership: expert guidance as well as personal and professional development of a team of around 12 support staff. Supply development: planning, further development and implementation of care and ergonomic measures. Service planning: creation, control and control of the service plans for the care team. Cooperation: Building and maintaining cooperation with external partners, for example in the social environment of the institution. Therapy and care: planning and implementation of individual and group offers as well as active cooperation in day care.

Your profile: Qualification: Complete bachelor studies in the field of ergotherapy or gerontology. Leadership experience: First experience in the leadership or guidance of employees. Experience in nursing: practical experience in the social, geriatric or nursing environment. Communication: Very good knowledge of German and secure communication with residents, team and external partners. Working: Self-employed, structured and responsible with a clear view for team and offer development.
