At our site you are responsible for the planning and implementation of continuous improvement processes (CVP). You regularly conduct explorer projects, identify and analyze systematically improvement potentials in all our processes and proceed to optimization together with the department. Various CVP and Lean Management methods and tools (e.g. SFM, 5S, PDCA,...) are known to you and can be applied in a sovereign way. Last but not least, training and guidance from employees in the introduction and optimization of new methods and tools are among your tasks. You make sure that established methods are solidified, usefully used (5S, SFB) and regularly audited.

Your basis is a completed study in the field of logistics, business management, economic engineering or you have a long professional experience in process and quality improvement Ideally, you will bring first experience in the introduction and optimization of processes with Lean Six Sigma. You have a good look for structures and processes and are used to critically question things. In cooperation, we can count on your analytical and structured work.
