Locations: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg and Munich.

As a working student HR Advisory (m/w/d), you can support us in management consulting and support and get a comprehensive overview of the entire people organization. Support: Various administrative topics (e.g., system settings, revision of intranet pages and templates, etc.) are handled by yourself. Data preparation: You write HR-relevant documents, first set target-group-specific presentations and compile personal code numbers in control and ad-hoc reports. Communication: Self-sufficiently you prepare various executive information and send corresponding serial emails. Performance Management: With your support in preparing and carrying out the performance process, we convince you about employee experience. BEM: In addition, you support the process of corporate integration management (BEM).

enrolled student:in the business economy, business informatics, psychology, or a comparable degree programme Good analytical skills and a high solution orientation You are reliable, responsibly and resilient and shines through the ability to organize your own workspace independently and respond quickly and flexibly to changing requirements Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, are self-evident; you may already bring knowledge to SAP HR German and English very well in word and writing
