Responsible for managing the construction business in the region in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders Develop a common vision and strategy and live in a team Responsibility for the performance and outcome of the establishment Management and development of employees in the branch Acquisition of works orders and systematic support of customers in agreement with the department management Leadership and control of the project and construction management for the optimized implementation of the projects Completion of contractors in coordination with management Negotiations with the contracting authority on essential issues of construction, the interpretation, modification and extension of the construction contract and the approval of the subordinates in agreement with the management department Control of the construction process and the construction site results Implementation and co-responsibility of work preparation and construction site organisation Cooperation and co-design of innovation topics on construction (e.g. BIM) Responsibility for cost, appointment and quality topics

Complete basic education in the construction sector with further training to:to dipl. Construction:in and/or engineer:in or equivalent Multiannual experience as a construction guide:in civil engineering and road construction Examination and negotiation-proof appearance Winning personality with high customer orientation Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with RIB iTWO of advantage High readiness and reliability Enforceability, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a high target orientation Team skills and leadership experience, negotiation skills, flexibility as well as an independent and self-responsible way to complete your profile
