As a specialist for occupational safety (w/m/d), you advise and advise our customers in the Hamburg area on all issues of occupational health and safety. Security consulting & support: Individual consulting and support of our customers in accordance with § 6 of the Labour Security Act.

Implementation of regular operations and identification of safety-relevant hazards and fields of action.

Participation in work protection committee meetings and professional support of the participants.

Support for managers and employees in all matters relating to occupational health and safety.

Risk assessment & prevention: Creation and updating of risk assessments for different activities, jobs and areas of operation.

develop appropriate strategies and measures for risk prevention and risk mitigation.

deriving concrete recommendations for action on the sustainable improvement of occupational safety.

Maintenance and development of hazardous material catastrophes and support in the safe handling of hazardous substances.

Documentation & further development: Preparation of comprehensible documentation, protocols and regular status reports.

Accompanying the implementation of agreed measures as well as follow-up to open work protection issues.

Cooperation with company physicians, executives, employees and other internal and external contacts.

That's what you bring: Complete qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa / FaSi) or safety specialist is absolutely necessary, alternatively a continuous qualification as SiFa / FaSi.

First practical experience in the safety consulting and support of companies.

Own-responsible, structured and reliable operation as well as a binding and customer-oriented occurrence.

High readiness to travel within the assisted region and a valid class B driving licence.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in customer support from different industries and company sizes would be advantageous.

It would be helpful to have knowledge of the creation of hazard assessments, hazardous material catastrophes and other occupational safety documentation.

Experience in the moderation or professional accompaniment of work protection committee meetings would be advantageous.

Additional qualifications in the field of work, health, fire or environmental protection would be helpful, as well as the willingness to receive regular professional training.
