Creation and optimization of short-, medium- and long-term production plans for our production lines with focus on marzipan raw material, marzipan articles as well as schocolated cereals Ensuring optimal capacity utilization taking into account personnel, machinery, material and setup times Current close coordination with production, logistics, purchasing and quality management Analysis of production characteristics and derivation of appropriate measures to increase efficiency Monitoring of material requirements and ensuring the availability of raw materials and packaging materials Handling external pay orders Monitoring of internal and external storage capacities Short-term control and prioritization for deviations (e.g. machine standstills, delivery bottlenecks) Participation in cross-departmental projects for process optimization and digitization of planning Support in the further development of planning tools and methods

Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in supply chain management – or completed studies, e.g. in the field of production, food technology, business management or industrial engineering First professional experience in production planning, ideally in the food or confectionery environment Interest and understanding of technical production processes Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) First contact with APS systems in the planning environment Very good MS-Excel knowledge and first experience with Microsoft 365 German language skills and ideally good English skills Analytical thinking, process understanding and high numerical affinity Structured and forward-looking mode of operation and pronounced communication skills Willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic production environment
