Legal Advisor and Team Leader (m/f/d)

In the area of the General Judicial Court advise the departments of the LFK – including the management level – in all general legal matters, in particular in contract and award law; consider labour law issues taking into account contractual arrangements under TV-L as part of staff management; examine assistance issues within the framework of the funding provided by the LFK; conduct independent procurement procedures for all departments and develop internal processes and documentation for awards. As a team leader take over the disciplinary, strategic and organizational management of the personnel management, personnel and organizational development and promotion within the Internal Services team. The team management of the Internal Services team takes place in a shared responsibility with another team management, which in turn is responsible for finance, IT and process and project management; support your team members in the further development of the departments; keep a trustworthy exchange with the Head of Division and the President to coordinate the team's strategic orientation; contribute to an active and constructive exchange with all executives on key issues of personnel management and development.

Two successfully completed state exams in the field of law Insufficient professional experience and very good legal knowledge in at least one of the following areas: contract, labour, grant or award law Multiannual leadership experience, a high social competence and joy at work in the team High level of initiative, solution-orientedness and sense of responsibility Good understanding as well as ability and willingness to quickly incorporate into complex issues, new areas of expertise and topics Embossed organisational skill paired with a secure enforcement capability Strong expressiveness and communication capability as well as a sovereign occurrence
