ProcessPlus sets the standards for processes in the Sparkassen financial group and complements the application development with bank-specific support for the operation in the Sparkassen. The customer processes extend in terms of content from the classic investment to the credit business, as well as the associated inventory processes.

Active introduction of the “customers inspire” approach to the development of solutions for savings banks structuring of technical topics and questions, in particular at the order interface and between departments, as well as showing appropriate solutions Representation of relevant topics within the company, bodies and partners within the entire Savings Bank Financial Group (DSGV, regional associations, etc.) Development of own ideas and impulses to optimize the range of services based on usage indicators, competition and market observations as well as technological trends Consistent orientation of work on the customer with the help of suitable – even more agile – methods and anticipation of this way of thinking in everyday work Support for special tasks, e.g. through management-oriented presentations and strategy concepts Contribution to the further development of the role of financial information technology as the digitization partner of the Sparkassen financial group through conceptual thinking and targeted action
