In the implementation of our projects, the focus is on the response to climate change. Sustainability in all its facets is best possible to implement in the building stock and in the new buildings. In future, our projects will be implemented with the BIM method. As a project manager in the department of Baumanagement Bundesbau 2, you are responsible for civil and military construction measures of the federal government, e.g. functional and technically complex buildings of the Bundesanstalt für Immobilien, the Bundeswehr and the Technische Hilfswerk. They combine the planning requirements for our external planners, define planning and procurement strategies and actively manage the contents of the external planners' planning services. They determine and supervise the award of external planning services They actively control large new building projects in the areas of project management, according to AHO Issue 9 in project management and project management function In the project responsibility, you take over the technical management and control of project team members with different disciplines (e.g. civil engineering, utility technology and electrical engineering) They are responsible for controlling (termines, costs, qualities, resources), data management and reporting to manage the construction projects You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements (records, orders, standards) During the planning and execution, you take over the quality assurance of the services of the freelance workers and of the trade unions They coordinate and conduct internal and external consultations with engineers and exporting firms, the BLB headquarters, the NRW High Financial Directorate and other stakeholders.

You have successfully completed your studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/ Master) in the field of Architecture Further requirements: You can demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in HOAI performance phases 2 – 8 of object planning You have an increased interest in design They bring knowledge of the development and implementation of complex planning tasks and relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV etc.) with In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and orientation, you also have a strong linguistic competence Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – (requestable) You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service car as well as a safety review “Ü 2” according to the safety review law NRW They provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
