As a helper (m/w/d) in industrial lacquering, you support the preparation and execution of paintwork in an industrial environment. In this function, you will ensure that surfaces are carefully prepared and that the finish in the painting runs smoothly.

• You prepare components for painting, for example by cleaning, gluing or simple reworking.
• After painting, you control the surfaces on visible defects and assist in reworking.
• Materials, workpieces and workplaces keep you clean and ready for use.
• In the daily business, you work closely with the team so that orders are handled carefully and on time.
• Depending on the application, you can support other activities related to industrial coating.

We are looking for

A reliable entry into production or painting is suitable for this position. Accuracy, a trained eye for surfaces and the willingness to actively pack in the layer system are crucial.

• Ideally, you will have first experience in production, craftsmanship or industrial painting.
• A careful and responsible way of working is your strength.
• Handicraft skill and a good understanding of clean work are of advantage.
• You will be happy to work in the team and keep track of repeating tasks.
• Motivation and readiness for learning are often more important than a long professional experience.
