HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As HR-Business Partner (m/w/d), you can proactively support all HR-relevant tasks and issues such as:

Holistic support of around 200 employees of a warehouse and production site Trustful advice and support of the Plant Manager as well as management in all personal and labour law issues Constructive cooperation with employee representatives and relevant stakeholders Own-sponsored accompaniment of the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit Control and implementation of all individual personal measures, including contracting, dislocations, terminations and terminations Further development and implementation of modern HR concepts to support the location strategy Identification and implementation of measures for personnel development, staff retention and organisational development Ensuring professional administrative staff support and maintenance of relevant HR systems and documentation Participation in HR projects and continuous optimization of personnel processes

Successfully completed studies focusing on personnel, business management, labour law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a generalistic HR function, ideally in the production or logistics environment Knowledge of labour law as well as experience in advising executives Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in working both strategically and operatively Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a high degree of empathy Structured and independent operation Safe handling of MS Office and modern HR systems Very good German and very good English skills
