Tasks: Disposition of technical teams or immediate dispatch of colleagues in emergency cases (e.g. water damage) take responsibility: coordination of the department with the topics of damage regulation, expertise and damage revision; Further development of the entire organisation of damage regulation Living in cooperation: communication with our customers, object, project managers and technicians; forwarding all relevant information to the parties in the damage process Inspire technology: processing of fault messages in the SAP ticket system; Documentation of orders and compliance
