Specialist Supplier Development and Quality (m/f/d)

Together, we are looking for the specialist supplier development and quality (m/w/d), who fills this role with sovereignty, standing and enforcement capability.

It helps you to identify supplier potentials and performance deficits at an early stage, improve supplier performance and make informed decisions on future cooperation. The task is to further expand and expand the area.

Tasks · Supplier development: Creation and implementation of supplier development plans in coordination with the Strategic Purchasing, aimed at the Group's purchasing strategy. · Supplier assessment: Global support and further development of the supplier evaluation system and follow-up of necessary measures in accordance with internal guidelines and standards. · Performance management: Analysis of deviations and definition, implementation and follow-up of measures to ensure requirements and international standards based on relevant supplier CPIs. · Supplier performance: Continuous monitoring of supplier performance and early introduction of appropriate measures to ensure time, quantity and quality delivery. · Supplier Audits & Risk Management: Conducting supplier audits to assess performance, identify risks and strengthen the prevention and resilience of the supply chain. · Supplier onboarding: Support and coordination of supplier onboarding in close cooperation with the participating departments and relevant process owners. · Governance & Compliance: Ensuring group-wide alignment and compliance with corporate governance requirements, SQA standards and requirements for supply chain compliance and CSR.

· Qualification: completed studies, technical training and multi-year professional experience international quality management. To this end, relevant (vocational)experience and process understanding from the operating purchase. · Fault analysis: Finded knowledge of systematic error analysis as well as common methods and techniques. · Supplier management: Experience in the selection, evaluation and development of international suppliers. · Quality Standards & Audits: Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 16949 as well as relevant standards and certification requirements; Auditor qualification according to VDA 6.3 desirable. · Personal competencies: Representative management and negotiation strength, enforcement ability and safe occurrence. · Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. · Readiness to travel: National and international readiness to travel about 20%.
