HVAC Technician - Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are the face of our customers: on-site, carry out maintenance and repairs on heating systems. You take over the professional installation and commissioning of modern sanitary and heating systems. You analyze disturbances, identify sources of errors and find sustainable solutions to keep our customers running. You advise our customers: competently to operate their systems and carefully document your service tasks.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic: in sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK) or a comparable qualification. At least two years of professional experience in customer service You have a class B licence to reach our customers safely. An independent, careful way of working and a friendly appearance towards our customers: you are characterized by yourself. You speak fluently German (at least C1 level) to ensure smooth communication.
