At our facility in Karlsruhe, we are looking for you as an electric specialist / electric master (m/w/d) for our facility management department.

In our Team Facility Management you take responsibility for the care, maintenance and maintenance of our technical facilities. Implementation of the obligation under DGUV Regulation 3 (GUV A1, A2 and BetrSichV) Performance of the tasks and duties in accordance with the current VDE regulations and the requirements of a responsible electric specialist (VEFK) Planning, organisation and implementation of internal employees and external companies Creation and maintenance of risk assessments in the electrical sector Organisation and coordination of maintenance measures of assigned installations such as fire alarm system (BMA), power supply systems, 20 kV system, safety lighting system etc. Maintenance and regular testing of switching systems, lighting and safety systems Monitoring and maintenance of fire detection and elevator emergency call systems Support in the optimization of technical installations taking into account safety, economics and sustainability You accompany the systems over their entire technical service life and contribute to ensuring smooth and safe operation. Participation in the readiness to call is part of this position.

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering As an alternative, a successfully completed technical training as an electrician (m/w/d) with further training as an electric master (m/w/d) or a state-approved technician (m/w/d) with VDE qualifications Long-term professional experience in the fields of energy supply, technical building equipment (TGA), implementation of restructuring measures and their decreases Ideally knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology Self-employed and structured working together with willingness to take responsibility, negotiation skills and economic thinking and action Team player and enthusiasm in driving topics and new ideas
