The project “Das Netz inclusiv” is a cooperation project by the Hamburger Kinder- und Jugendhilfe e.V. and of life with disabilities Hamburg gGmbH. The social-spatial offer offers all children, adolescents and families – whether with or without disability – low-swelling support, advice and the family council in various points of contact and in a transitional apartment. The project is a flexible offer in the direct social environment, which supports preventive, low-swelling, resource- and life-oriented. Parttime (55% / 21.2h)

You take care of the topic of education You conduct separation, divorce and legal counseling You offer open consultation You provide individual support and support for your clients You participate in the design of social-spatial networks and accompany them You plan and organize family councils and carry them through You make regular offers for children and young people You accompany families in the transition apartment You develop the area conceptually

You have a completed study of social education or a comparable degree (Dipl./B.A./M.A.) You ideally have knowledge and experience in the field of education and social work You are experienced and safe in work with children, adolescents and families, also with disabilities You have knowledge of systemic work and have communication and intercultural competence You are interested in the conceptual development of the project including the Family Council You like to work with cooperation partners in the district and in the district You are the social-space-oriented work and you take into account the different framework conditions of the cooperation partners
