Marienpflege has been active as a former “Kinderrettungsanstalt” since 1830. It is a systemic institution for children, adolescents and families, awarded by the DGSF. In the children's village, 100 young people live in stationary housing groups, over 230 children are taught and over 350 families are accompanied. 275 dedicated employees such as educators, social pedagogues and teachers create a positive environment to open new perspectives for young people. We are looking for a responsible and powerful personality as 01.09.2025 Educational Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). The newly created position of the educational administration takes over the home management within the meaning of the supervisory authority (KVJS) and thus the responsibility for the children's village with 11 stationary housing groups, a day group, flexible aids, four nursery and nursery groups, as well as the specialist service and educational advice. The field lines and the technical service are assigned to the educational management. Together with school management and management, it will form the three-headed management team, which will work closely with the board.

They are responsible for licensing procedures and domestic supervision issues, in particular in the case of child welfare issues, special incidents and reliance. Together with departmental and technical services, you are responsible for the quality assurance of the educational offers and concepts, their further development and the implementation of the systemic vision. They are conceptually continuing the performance, remuneration and quality assurance agreements. They provide timely internal processes, decisions and documentation. They bear the economic responsibility for the area-specific budgets and their implementation. In the joint controlling with the management, you regularly report to the Management Board about key figures, trends and efficient use of funds. They represent Marienpflege in specialized groups in the city and county, in regional networks, at the KVJS headquarters, in forums of the diocesan working community (AGE) and at the federal level in the BVKE.

A completed study in the Department of Social Work, Social Management, Education / Social Education, or a comparable qualification with Bachelor, Master or Diploma Additional qualifications, e.g. training in systemic work Leadership experience, preferred in child and youth assistance Communication strength and decision-making
