WHAT? Responsibility for the operational implementation of the shifts in responsibility

Monitoring of KPI during operation

Communication with employees and ensuring a high standard of work

Organisation of the smooth cooperation of individual departments

Optimization of processes in cooperation with the shift managers

Objective for the shift and its seizure

Creating the attendance plans of subordinate staff

Specialist and disciplinary supervisor for operational departments

Final decision-makers when applying for a holiday by the staff members

Control and planning of training and their effectiveness

Auditing and Improvement of Processes

Ensuring valid internal security and HSE regulations

Responsible as an escalation agency of management and layer

WHAT? Complete vocational training, ideally in the field of logistics

Management experience in a similar position within contract logistics

Professional experience preferably in a process-based logistics area with high turnover frequency

Experience in handling WMS systems

Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage

Knowledge of how to use MS Office programs

Good communication skills, pronounced social competence and enforcement strength, as well as excellent leadership skills

Good analysis and problem-solving competence
