A degree in civil engineering or further qualification as a construction technician:in (m/w/d) or a comparable training Experiences in costing as well as working preparation desirable Knowledge of VOB and other relevant standards desirable Good user knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing required (at least C1) Application of Lean-Construction principles for efficient planning and implementation of construction processes An independent way of working, a high degree of technical and economic understanding Responsibility and team spirit and commitment
